Job Description

• Develop system documentation, user manuals, and training classes for the application suite.
• Create and maintain detailed test plans and scripts.
• Participate in testing efforts and ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner; monitor and execute projects.
• Provide ongoing analysis, maintenance, and technical and functional support for application systems throughout the organization.
• Provide input and guidance to identify system deficiencies and analyze problems and solutions.
